Hebei Yingnai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has recently completed the production, final inspection, protective packaging and dispatch of a batch of customized FRP tanks for a Swedish customer. The products left the factory according to the delivery schedule confirmed by both parties and are now being transported to the customer through the arranged international logistics route.
This shipment marks the completion and factory delivery of another overseas FRP tank order. It also demonstrates Yingnai’s project execution capabilities in customized manufacturing, quality control, export packaging and international transportation coordination.

The tanks were manufactured according to the technical requirements and product specifications confirmed with the Swedish customer.
As customized industrial equipment, the products were required to meet the order specifications in terms of dimensions, structural configuration, connection positions and related accessories. Before production began, the project team reviewed and coordinated the relevant technical information to ensure that the manufacturing plan remained consistent with the customer’s confirmed requirements.
Throughout the project, the technical, production and quality teams worked in close coordination. Production activities were organized around the delivery schedule, while key product details were continuously checked during manufacturing to reduce the risk of dimensional or interface deviations.
For international orders, the delivery date is more than a contractual milestone. It can also affect the customer’s transportation arrangements, receiving plan, site preparation and subsequent installation schedule.
To ensure the products were delivered on time, material preparation, manufacturing, inspection, packaging and vehicle loading were incorporated into one coordinated project schedule, with each stage progressing in sequence.
After the products passed the final factory inspection, packaging and loading were carried out according to the established plan, allowing the equipment to leave the factory without affecting the agreed delivery schedule.
Before shipment, the completed tanks underwent final inspection in accordance with the order requirements and internal quality-control procedures.
The inspection covered the overall appearance, dimensions, product identification, connection positions, flange and nozzle condition, accessories and other visible details related to delivery and installation.
Before packaging, the areas requiring additional protection were also identified. Appropriate protective measures were then applied according to the actual structure of the nozzles, flanges and other vulnerable components.
Only after the relevant inspection work had been completed were the tanks transferred to the packaging and loading stage.
International transportation differs significantly from ordinary short-distance delivery. During extended road and sea transport, industrial equipment may pass through multiple stages of loading, unloading, transfer and temporary storage.
Based on the shape and dimensions of this batch of FRP tanks, targeted protective measures were applied before shipment. The tank surfaces, nozzles, flanges and connection areas were protected to reduce the risk of impact, abrasion or contamination during transportation.
During loading, the tanks were positioned and secured according to the transportation plan. Necessary supporting measures were also provided to help maintain product stability while the vehicle was in motion. Clear product identification will support efficient recognition and receiving during the subsequent logistics process.
The successful delivery of the Swedish customer’s project represents another practical application of Yingnai’s customized FRP products in an overseas industrial project.
International customers often require more than a product quotation. Project execution may also involve technical communication, drawing coordination, material clarification, production-progress updates, inspection documents, export packaging and delivery assistance.
Different countries and projects may follow different drawing practices, documentation requirements, transportation conditions and installation arrangements. The ability to execute an international project therefore depends on accurately understanding customer requirements and converting them into clear manufacturing and delivery actions.
Yingnai supplies FRP/GRP tanks, pipes, fittings, towers, scrubbers, ducts, gratings, pultruded profiles and other customized composite products for industrial and environmental projects. The company can support both standardized equipment and project-specific products requiring special dimensions, interfaces or structural configurations.
The Swedish order was completed through the joint efforts of the technical, production, quality and logistics teams, reflecting Yingnai’s complete workflow from customer-requirement confirmation and product manufacturing to overseas dispatch.

The departure of the products from the factory does not necessarily mark the end of project support. Depending on the customer’s requirements, Yingnai can continue to provide technical documents, installation recommendations, remote communication and coordination for matters related to receiving and installation.
Large FRP tanks must be handled appropriately during unloading, storage, lifting and connection to maintain the condition of the equipment. Any changes involving nozzles, supports or operating conditions should also be technically reviewed before implementation.
Maintaining communication after dispatch helps the customer connect the manufacturing stage smoothly with on-site installation and subsequent operation.
