Our manufacturing resources include large-equipment forming, pipe and tank production, molding, pultrusion, cutting, secondary processing, assembly and testing, supporting both standardized and custom FRP/GRP orders.
We manufacture integrated, sectional and site-coordinated FRP tanks and process vessels for storage, reaction, neutralization, washing and other duties. Our production setup supports different diameters, heights, nozzle arrangements, bottoms, roofs, manways, internal components and support systems. According to project requirements, we can coordinate corrosion barriers, structural laminates, lifting points, anchors and transport divisions. Large individual equipment can be planned around road access, lifting capacity and on-site assembly conditions, allowing production and delivery methods to be selected together rather than treated as separate stages.
Our pipe-production capability covers industrial transfer, water, wastewater, brine, ventilation and compatible chemical services. We produce straight pipes together with elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, branches and customized connections so the system can be matched as a whole. Production tooling and process controls are adjusted for diameter, pressure class, stiffness, burial conditions and installation method. Cutting, end preparation, drilling, bonding and trial assembly support accurate interfaces, while field-joint materials and procedures can be prepared around the actual construction plan.
We manufacture large composite towers, scrubbers, absorbers, ducts, flues and chimneys for gas collection, treatment and discharge. Our fabrication capability supports cylindrical shells, transitions, branches, access openings, flanges, drainage points and internal-support interfaces. Equipment can be supplied as complete factory-made units or divided into transportable modules. During production, we coordinate shell structure, local reinforcement, dimensional alignment and assembly sequence, helping large gas-handling equipment fit the process layout, support structure and site lifting conditions.
Our custom-fabrication capability supports electrolysis-related tanks, cell bodies, covers, trays, protective panels, equipment enclosures, internal components and other non-standard composite products. Molds, templates and project-specific tooling can be developed from customer drawings or coordinated design information. Complex openings, embedded parts, local reinforcements, assembly interfaces and functional accessories are integrated during fabrication. This allows us to handle products that cannot be completed efficiently through a standard catalogue specification, while maintaining the dimensional and quality requirements needed for equipment integration.
In addition to large process equipment, we manufacture molded gratings, pultruded profiles, handrails, platforms, supports, cable-management products, covers and various structural components. Standardized molds and profile specifications support repeatable production, while cutting, drilling, bonding and mechanical assembly enable project-specific dimensions and combinations. Our production team can prepare modular sections for faster site installation and coordinate load, span, surface, connection and environmental requirements with the selected product form.
Many FRP products require more than primary forming. Our secondary-processing areas support cutting, trimming, drilling, grinding, flange finishing, bonding, local lamination, fitting installation, trial assembly and surface treatment. These capabilities help us complete nozzles, interfaces, supports and accessories with better dimensional coordination. Manufacturing records, material identification, visual inspection, dimensional checks and agreed testing are integrated into project execution. Packaging, lifting protection and transport planning are then prepared around the finished product, creating a connected route from raw material to delivery.
