Yingnai FRP Scrubber systems use corrosion-resistant composite construction for wet, acidic and chemically aggressive gas environments, helping reduce corrosion-related maintenance in absorption, scrubbing and industrial exhaust-treatment applications.
Packing, spray systems, trays, liquid distributors and demisters can be engineered around each process, improving gas-liquid contact for absorption, washing, neutralization, desulfurization, acid-mist removal and other mass-transfer duties.
Yingnai customizes tower diameter, height, internal arrangement, nozzles, circulation systems and access components according to gas flow, pollutant composition, operating temperature, pressure drop and required treatment performance.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Yingnai FRP Scrubbers can use resin systems selected for acidic gases, chloride-rich moisture and corrosive condensate. Stainless steel performance depends strongly on alloy grade and specific chemical exposure.
Large Equipment with Lower Weight
FRP construction enables large scrubber shells with relatively low structural weight, simplifying transportation, lifting and support design. Stainless steel offers greater metallic stiffness but increases equipment and support weight.
Process Configuration Flexibility
Yingnai integrates packing, spray headers, liquid distributors, demisters and circulation systems directly into customized FRP towers, allowing the internal arrangement to follow gas-flow and mass-transfer requirements.
Temperature Capability
Stainless steel generally offers a wider high-temperature operating range. FRP scrubbers are strongest in wet, corrosive gas service where operating temperature remains within the selected resin system’s limits.
FRP process towers, absorbers and scrubbers can be manufactured with resin systems and corrosion barriers selected according to the gas composition, circulating liquid, operating temperature and chemical environment. This makes them suitable for acidic gases, alkaline solutions, salt-containing media and humid industrial conditions.
Packing, spray nozzles, liquid distributors, trays and mist eliminators can be configured to improve gas-liquid contact, mass-transfer efficiency and treatment performance in packed-bed absorbers, FGD absorbers and spray scrubbers.
Equipment diameter, height, wall construction, nozzle orientation, internal arrangement, access openings and support system can be customized according to gas flow rate, liquid circulation, pressure, temperature, treatment capacity and installation layout.
FRP acid mist scrubbers, packed-bed absorbers, FGD scrubbers and spray scrubbers can be used to remove acid mist, soluble gases, chemical vapors and other gaseous pollutants. Multi-stage spraying, packed absorption and mist elimination can be incorporated according to the required treatment performance.
FRP cooling towers can be configured with suitable fill media, water distribution systems and airflow arrangements to support heat-transfer performance. FRP distillation columns can be equipped with trays, packing and liquid distributors according to the required vapor-liquid separation process.
Compared with many traditional construction materials, FRP equipment has a relatively low structural weight, helping reduce transportation, lifting and foundation loads. Large-diameter towers, scrubbers and columns can also be manufactured in sections for sites with transportation or installation restrictions.
