How Our FRP/GRP Customization Process Works

01
Requirement Analysis

We review medium composition, concentration, temperature, pressure, flow, installation environment and project purpose before starting the design.

02
Engineering Design

Our team develops product structure, size, interface layout and installation details according to drawings or site requirements.

03
Material Selection

Resin systems, liners and reinforcement materials are selected according to corrosion resistance, strength and service conditions.

04
Structural Calculation

Wall thickness, support, reinforcement and load-bearing structure are evaluated according to operating pressure, size and installation conditions.

05
Manufacturing Production

Products are manufactured through suitable FRP processes such as winding, molding, pultrusion or hand lay-up.

06
Installation Guidance and After-Sales Support

We provide installation guidance, connection suggestions and after-sales communication to support smooth project implementation.

FRP Customization Range for Custom FRP/GRP Solutions

Custom FRP Tanks
Custom FRP Pipes
Custom FRP Scrubbers and Towers
Custom FRP Electrolytic Cells
Custom FRP Pipe Fittings
Custom FRP Pultruded Profiles and Grating
Custom FRP/OEM Equipment
Custom FRP Tanks
Custom FRP Tanks

Custom FRP tanks use fiberglass reinforcement, corrosion-resistant resin liners and structural winding layers for chemicals, wastewater, seawater, oil or process liquids. Workshop vertical or horizontal tanks commonly cover about 1-220 m³, while field-erected tanks can reach much larger project volumes. Diameter, height, resin type, liner, nozzle layout, supports, temperature rating and atmospheric or project-designed pressure conditions can be adjusted.

Custom FRP Pipes
Custom FRP Pipes

Custom FRP pipes are built with corrosion-resistant liners and reinforced structural walls for chemical transfer, water supply, sewage, seawater, brine and flue gas ducting. Typical custom ranges can cover DN25-DN4000, 6 m or 12 m lengths, and pressure classes from low pressure to about 2.5 MPa depending on design. Resin type, wall structure, joint form and temperature resistance are selected by medium.

Custom FRP Scrubbers and Towers
Custom FRP Scrubbers and Towers

Custom FRP scrubbers, spray towers, packed columns and desulfurization towers can be produced with vinyl ester, isophthalic resin or PP/FRP composite structures. They are used for acid mist, alkaline gas, tail gas and wet flue-gas treatment. Tower diameter, height, packing layer, spray system, demister, nozzles, manholes, temperature range and gas-flow capacity are designed around the process.

Custom FRP Electrolytic Cells
Custom FRP Electrolytic Cells

Custom FRP electrolytic cells use insulated fiberglass composite bodies with corrosion-resistant liners for pickling, electrolysis, acid or salt process environments. The structure can include reinforced ribs, embedded supports, overflow areas, lifting points and electrode-related interfaces. Cell length, width, depth, wall thickness, resin system, temperature resistance and acid-corrosion grade are adjusted according to the electrolyte and production line layout.

Custom FRP Pipe Fittings
Custom FRP Pipe Fittings

Custom FRP pipe fittings include flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, sleeves, blind flanges and end caps made with resin systems matched to the pipeline medium. Fittings can be manufactured from about DN25-DN4000, with elbow angles, flange standards, wall thickness, pressure class, liner material and connection length coordinated with the FRP pipe system.

Custom FRP Pultruded Profiles and Grating
Custom FRP Pultruded Profiles and Grating

Custom FRP pultruded profiles and molded grating use continuous glass fiber reinforcement with polyester, vinyl ester or phenolic resin systems. They are suitable for platforms, walkways, cable trays, trench covers and support frames in wet or chemical areas. Profile shape, wall thickness, grating depth, mesh size, anti-slip surface, color, load rating, span and working temperature can be selected by application.

Custom FRP/OEM Equipment
Custom FRP/OEM Equipment

Custom FRP/OEM equipment covers ejectors, resin towers, shell and tube heat exchangers, chemical reactors, oil-water separator vessels, domes, covers and non-standard composite assemblies. Materials can combine FRP, PP/FRP, metal frames or embedded accessories. Shape, diameter, length, internal structure, nozzles, supports, pressure condition, resin type and corrosion grade are designed from project drawings and service data.

Engineering Capabilities for Complex FRP/GRP Projects

Engineering Capabilities for Complex FRP/GRP Projects

  • We match resin systems and liner structures with acids, alkalis, salts, wastewater, seawater and industrial exhaust conditions.

  • supports multiple FRP manufacturing processes, including winding, molding, pultrusion and hand lay-up for different product forms.

  • Product thickness, reinforcement, supports and interfaces can be designed according to size, pressure, load and installation method.

  • For non-standard equipment, We can develop customized shapes, internal structures, connection methods and composite material configurations.

From FRP/GRP Custom Solutions to Real Industrial Projects

Industry Industry
FRP/GRP custom solutions are widely used in industries where corrosion, moisture, salt, chemicals or exhaust gases shorten the service life of traditional materials. Yingnai supports projects in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, municipal infrastructure, seawater desalination, petrochemical storage, flue gas treatment and industrial platforms.
Projects Projects
Every project begins with specific operating conditions. Yingnai converts drawings, medium data and site requirements into customized FRP products, helping customers solve storage, transfer, exhaust treatment, structural support and corrosion-resistance problems through practical engineering and manufacturing.
